Minimum Booking

Requirement is a minimum of 3 adult services Hair or Make-up at a wedding, during weekends and peck times; a surcharge may apply if there are less than 3 adult services.

Payment

The trial deposit and Balance is payable to Vivienne by cheque or by BACS payment / cash.
A bounced cheque will incur a £30 admin charge.

Vivienne cancellations

In exceptional circumstances Vivienne reserves the right to cancel a booking. This has never happened before but, if it does, all attempts will be made to find an alternative stylist. If this is not possible or is unacceptable to the client, Vivienne will refund 100% of the deposit.

Client Cancellations

Cancellation of any booking by the client must be given in writing or via-email and will only be confirmed as cancelled upon confirmation from Vivienne.
The cancellation fee would be non-refundable deposit paid at booking.
The Client has the right to cancel a booking at any time but agrees to the non-refundable deposit and wedding day balance paid. The Client should ensure that suitable wedding insurance has been taken out to cover such eventualities.

Trial payment

Trial payment is a non-refundable deposit, Please note that the trial booking is not final until the deposit has been paid and Vivienne has confirmed receipt.
Any extra trials on the day must to be paid in cash before the trial can take place.

Wedding day payment

After trial to confirm wedding day booking a non-refundable deposit of £100 you will then be invoiced, which needs to be paid within 7 days from your trial day to secure services for your big day. . Please be aware that your wedding date cannot be held without payment.

Hair Styling Course

Cancellation within 7 days of booking needs to be either a written letter (recorded delivery) or an email. Telephone cancellations must also be followed up by email or a written letter.

Once full payment has been received, an email confirming the details will be sent. All fees, instalments and payments are non refundable after 7 days of booking.

Any remaining fees are to be paid 1 month prior to the course start date. If fees are not paid by this date, the student cannot attend the course and the registration fee will not be returned. If a student does not attend their course or does not complete the course for any reason, no refund or alternative course date will be offered.

If the course has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Vivienne Oscar would not reimburse the student but an alternative date would be arranged.

Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, drinks or meals.

All products required for the course will be provided

Following the new smoking regulations – smoking whilst Vivienne is working is not permitted.
